The Ensemble
Trio Immersio is a young, energetic and charismatic ensemble from Vienna, Austria. It was founded in 2013, by three students from the Republic of Georgia, Poland and Ukraine at the Vienna Conservatory (MUK): Vira Zhuk, Mariam Vardzelashvili (FEU alumna) and Anna Maria Niemiec. They bring together the musical influences of their homelands, which blend organically with the Viennese tradition of chamber music playing; they represent a multi-cultural side of the city’s vibrant musical history. Immediate success at the ‘Fidelio’ competition in 2013 has led to performances at venues such as the RadioKulturhaus Wien and inspired the trio to continue their artistic adventure. The ensemble has since been working with major concert organizers such as Jeunesse Austria and Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now Foundation and has performed at prestigious venues such as the Wiener Konzerthaus, Musikverein Wien, Schönberg Centre, Vivaldi Hall Vienna, Kiev Philharmonie, National parliamentary library of Georgia, Lübeck Rathaus to name a few.
“Trio Immersio is a synthesis of elegance, discipline and passion in chamber music. These qualities are also strongly present in individual members of this stunning ensemble“
Luca Monti (Haydn Chamber Ensemble)
