The FEU is delighted to host the Paris Fashion Law Conference on October 13, 2022. The panels will discuss how the use of trademarks in the art and fashion worlds is protected in the new digital era, examine the concept of greenwashing and sustainability legal issues in Europe and the process of consciously negotiating good brand licensing deals. See full program.
This yearly event will be co-chaired by Olivera Medenica (partner at Dunnington Bartholow and Miller LLP.) and Me. Jean-Baptiste Bourgeois (Rezac Law Group). This US and French CLE program is jointly organized by the Intellectual Property Section of the Federal Bar Association, and the French American Bar Association.
