Harriet Hale Woolley Scholarships

What are the Harriet Hale Woolley Scholarships?

Bequeathed to the Fondation des États-Unis (FEU) in the early 1930s by Mrs. Harriet Hale Woolley, this scholarship is awarded annually to a select number of American artists and musicians who plan to pursue their studies in Paris, as well as to a student of American, French or Swiss nationality who is a psychiatry intern in a Parisian hospital.

This scholarship comes in two versions: the traditional Harriet Hale Woolley Scholarship and, since 2019, the Fulbright-HHW Scholarship.
