Do not miss the first Rendez-vous Musical of the season on Sunday, October 9 at 5pm! The Harriet Hale Woolley scholars and resident musicians are working on the first concert programs and will be delighted to play for you every other Sunday. For those who do not yet know the Rendez-vous Musical, these Sunday afternoon concerts offer you a great opportunity to discover or rediscover classical (and sometimes contemporary) music in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The Musicians
John Kamfonas, pianist, has performed around the world, from Beijing to New York. Currently, he is a musician in residence at the Fondation des États-Unis and is preparing a “higher degree” at the Ecole Normale de Musique in the class of pianist, educator and author Jean Fassina. He is an alumni of the Harriet Hale Woolley scholarship 2015-2016.
Vandoren Regional Artist Jenny Maclay is quickly establishing her career as a clarinet soloist, recitalist, orchestral player, and chamber musician. She was the recipient of a 2015-2016 Harriet Hale Woolley scholarship to study music in Paris, where she attends the Versailles Conservatoire.
Wilson Poffenberger, saxophonist and educator, is passionate about contemporary music and working on new material in the United States and Europe. He is in residence at the Fondation des Etats-Unis and a Harriet Hale Woolley scholar. Wilson is pursuing the Cycle D’Orientation Professionnelle at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Boulogne-Billancourt under the tutelage of Jean-Michel Goury.
